Managing & disconnecting

See which AI apps are connected to your CheckoutJoy account, disconnect any of them at any time, and know when you might want to revoke access.

Connected apps

Go to Settings → Connected apps in CheckoutJoy to see every AI assistant connected to your company, when it was connected, and what it's allowed to do.

Disconnect

Next to a connection, choose Revoke. Access stops immediately — the assistant can no longer read your data or make changes. Anything it already did stays as it is; revoking only cuts off future access.

You can reconnect later at any time by following Connect your AI client again.

When you might disconnect

  • You no longer use that assistant.
  • You're handing the account to someone else.
  • You simply want to pause access for a while.

Revoking is the safe default if you're ever unsure about a connection. Reconnecting takes under a minute.
