What you can do
What you can ask a connected AI assistant to do in CheckoutJoy: make changes, look things up, worked examples, and what it will not do.
Once connected, you can ask the assistant in plain language and it will do the work in your CheckoutJoy account. Here's what it can help with.
Make changes
- Products — create a product with its pricing and billing.
- Coupons — create, update, list and delete coupons (percentage or fixed amount, with limits, linked products and expiry).
- Checkouts & widgets — create a checkout widget and adjust checkout page settings and defaults.
- Account settings — turn invoicing and sales tax on or off, set the invoice email, change your default checkout settings, and manage webhooks.
Look things up
- Sales & analytics — revenue, orders, customers and other business questions over a date range.
- Integrations — see your connected integrations and payment processors.
Examples
- "Create a 20% coupon called LAUNCH20 that expires at the end of the month."
- "Add a one-time product called Starter Plan at $49."
- "What was my revenue last week compared to the week before?"
- "Turn on invoicing and set the invoice email to billing@myshop.com."
- "Add a webhook that posts to this URL when an order is paid."
What it won't do
The assistant does not move money. Refunds and cancelling or pausing subscriptions are done in your CheckoutJoy dashboard, not through the assistant. If you ask for one of these, it will point you to the right place in the dashboard.
